    @NewGameReleases youre more of an idiot for this is a workout so you can show your abs. no matter how hard you work your abs, if you have belly fat, your not gonna get to show it. treadmill is not the best for burning fat or cardio there are so many other workouts including this one that doesnt need any equipment and far more superior.

    im a guy at 14 years old, im not fat, i go boxing 2 times a week, i run outside/on a treadmill 2 times a week aswell, so i work out 4 times a week, i eat very healthy, ive been doing all this for about 1 year now, and 2 abs are starting to show, isnt there any faster way of getting a six pack? am i doing it right? please answer
