    @lillalonas I’d start with 1 gallon / day for a week, see how you feel after 7 days, and adjust from there

    Hi ! Work out at the gym 5-6 days a week , and my gympass is about 1 hour 20 minutes long , how much water shuld i drink ? im also using kreatine , Mvh Jonas !
