Cheat Meals to Lose Fat and Gain Muscle

www.scoobysworkshop.com Do you need cheat meals? How often should you have them? People ask how many cheat meals I take. Well, I’m a oil tanker. They can take hours to turn but once they are on course, its very easy to stay on course. I am in the “maintainers” group as I reached my genetic max long ago and keep my bodyfat within narrow bounds. At most, I need to diet 2 weeks a year to make minor course corrections in bodyfat – say to reduce from 9% to 8%. Very, very slight rudder corrections are all I need to keep me on course with my physique.

    @Nuukify no there is no limit to calories in a cheat meal … you eat whatever you want to get all the urges out of your system and then you go back to eating normal healthy foods.     I don’t really need cheat “meals” i’d rather have like icecream or a piece of cake, is that ok? i mean i run 6-7 days a week and maybe on fridays i’ll eat some icecream.

    I am actually fairly confident I don’t need a cheat meal. Just on a special occasion, which ends up being maybe once a month, eat somewhat poorly (but still the best option) at a restaurant.

    i was working out back in 09 alot and i was taking dobl its not a steroid and its a testonerone booster i was eating burger king anything and whatever i wanted i got big..i wasnt fat big but i was like thick big i was 210. i stoped taking the testonorne booster and stoped working out…ffor like 6 month thn i got leaned out droped to 175. i started to work out again but i want to build muscle the right way the lean cut sharp way instaed of the bloated way
