Enjoy!
www.youtube.com/arj3191 If you think about it, the literal meaning of tone is to re-shape something. So therefore the phrase “toning muscles” is nothing but a myth and a misused term. You can’t change the shape of your muscles without surgery. Your muscles can either grow or shrink. BUT You can make your muscles more define by getting rid of body fat and training your muscles to remain in a constant state of contraction so they are able to be active al the time.

toning is real but it has really nothing to do with the muscle. toning means that your fat on your muscles will become thinner

@brigs369 I think there’s a TINY bit of truth behind it, i think if you do lower weight higher reps your body takes the shape that is used to doing that, and thats not gna be really bulky, its going to be strong but “toned” and vice vurser, Think of a caveman who has to move a big boulders every day, he’d get bulky
but a caveman who had to, i dno break rocks in half everyday, he’d be more lean
Try doing medium weight, medium reps

I’m a little confused…because I thought high reps low weight created definition….and low reps high weight did more muscle mass gain. So what you’re saying is doing 12 reps of a lighter weight, or 4-6 reps of a heavier weight will give me the same definition or tone? Correct me if I’m wrong.

@ncenname low fat diets are diets that contain foods that are low in calories from fat. So if something has 200 calories from one serving and has 180 calories from fat, thats a bad food. But yea you’re 100 percent right, proper fats such as fish oil are vital. Next time I do a video like this I’ll make sure I hit that point. Thanks for pointing it out.

Low-fat diets are not the correct way to reduce body fat! You need to consume fat, but it must be the proper kind. Low-fat diets have many adverse side-effects, and they DO NOT reduce your overall body fat. In fact, they may do the opposite. Other than that; good video.

I love when people generalize the term heavy and think heavy means 400lbs. Particularly women. To “tone” muscle, IE build them and get them stronger, you lift heavy for YOU. Its all relative. Whatever is heavy enough to create a challenge that you are WORKING to move that given weight. That being said, most people would benefit most doing traditional bodybuilding exercises with weight approriate for them. WOMEN INCLUDED.

you mention diet in a lot of your videos briefly but could you make a video specifically about what your diet should consist of for muscle gain. or another one for fat loss.
