The video is good and very informative. I do happen to know a link of a site that I thought I could share to you guys. It offers FREE workout plans that you could use and follow to build muscles and develop a lean muscular look that most of guys ever wanted. Youtube won’t allow me to post the link but you can always check it on my profile.

PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE BELLY FAT. In order to get rid of belly fat you need to build muscle therefore increasing metobalism. DO a 3 week total muscle building routine that works. THEN start burning the fat.(eating veggies,cardio,…etc.) EAT super healthy. Remember protein and carbs with every meal, 4-5 small meals a day. AND be consistent. I will help you more if needed. Just email me on youtube. Doing constant ab exercises when you have fat WILL NOT get you abs. Lose fat then build abs.
