i tried this today, i just started out and i have the three set of dumbells, small 1.1 kg, medium 3.2 kg and large 4.3 kg. i started with the medium weights and did both methods with 20 reps and i loved it. ill look forward to doing it again tomorrow, going to try 25 reps this time!
