    @SoulIgorski1 He said 15 lbs which is equivalent to 6.8kgs. You are doing 4kg which is equivalent to 8.8 lbs, which is not bad at all.

    @PvtFreddy: First, lay off the steroids because that will make the heart problem worse. Really, with a heart problem, it is going to be due to mostly diet. I would not work out with a heart problem.
