Muscle Building and Bodybuilding Programs Earn Reviews and Ratings
Overland Park, KS (PRWEB) August 15, 2007
Recently, the web has seen an explosion of muscle building programs being marketed. It seems that author after author has stumbled upon bodybuilding’s “heavily guarded secrets” that can turn skinny guys into huge muscle men virtually overnight. And they are willing to let anyone in on their finds for just $ 50 or $ 100.
Just what are these guys selling? Is there any value in their training programs, routines or diets?
Those are the questions JP Clifford was asking not too long ago. To find the answers, he went out and acquired virtually all the programs on the market. He reviewed and rated more than 30 of the top-selling programs on their abilities to help trainers quickly get the information and techniques they needed to accomplish their muscle building goals in the fastest ways possible.
The reviews are available here – Muscle Building and Bodybuilding Program Reviews.
Clifford has some insight on what makes for a solid muscle building plan. Over the last five years he has built and maintained one of the web’s largest and most popular free muscle building resources – http://www.gain-weight-muscle-fast.com . Every month, more than 100,000 trainers rely on the site to provide accurate information on weight training, bodybuilding supplements and dieting.
So, what were those guys selling? Did any of the programs offer any real value?
“Some of the programs are truly excellent,” Clifford says, “They are produced by top trainers who really know their stuff and know exactly how to teach it to others. They give people the knowledge they need to be successful, clearly explaining the most effective natural muscle building techniques and providing a clear path to significant muscle gain. And they follow it up with tools and support that can prove invaluable.”
But Clifford isn’t so impressed with all the programs being marketed. Only a small percentage of the programs he’s reviewed have gotten his top rating.
“Because there is a market, the ‘pro marketers’ have started producing bodybuilding ebooks,” Clifford explains. “These are guys who probably haven’t ever even seen the inside of a gym but are marketing themselves as bodybuilding experts. Their programs can be frighteningly bad.”
How bad? Clifford reports reviewing programs that sell well but are nothing more than rewritten versions of outdated fitness manuals. He’s even seen a program that simply copied portions of his free site and was hoping to sell it for $ 50. Most disturbingly, he’s seen “experts” giving advice that would stunt rather than encourage muscle growth.
“It’s too bad,” Clifford says, “Motivated trainers are getting suckered into paying for the sometimes ridiculous training plans of guys who clearly aren’t experts at anything other than getting skinny guys to reach for their wallets. The result is that those skinny guys stay skinny and quickly give up their dreams all because they followed the wrong advice.”
That’s unfortunate because Clifford says there is great value in following the complete muscle building program of a legitimate bodybuilding expert. “No question about it. Modeling is a powerful technique. The beginning trainer who models his program on the program of an experienced and successful trainer is going to get a lot further a lot faster than the average trainer. He is going to avoid the common mistakes and achieve much greater muscle gains.”
The top programs can provide trainers with the fast ticket to major muscle gain. Clifford believes his site’s Muscle Building Program Reviews section will help trainers discern the good programs from the bad and pick the program that, along with some hard work, will give them the ability to quickly reach their muscle building goals.
