Great tips man – I decided to get in shape this summer. just got a kick ass free trial of muscle warfare. Nothings impossible, but Yes it is a lot to lose in a short period of time AND keep it off.
You need to lose weight gradually so the body can get used to it and help maintain it’s new weight.
There are any number of things you can do in the home to help you lose weight and keeping away from fatty foods is really down to you and your partner to help you. Try to get him/her involved with your New lifestyle?

Dependant on what your goal is. To lose weight, Yes, but you couldn’t do it week after week like that because you would lose weight very quickly and then you’d find the runs harder due to not enough calories because of the low intake.
1/2 a mile would take you about 10-15 mins dependant on your level of fitness. As you got fitter you’d find the time getting quicker.
