I figured that before you go ahead and get the Lean Hybrid Muscle guide, you’d like to at least read my experiences with using the guide and what I think works best. I’m sure you’ll find plenty more reviews out there but this is my personal review on it based on my experience which I hope will help you determine if this guide is for you.
Starting Up
Essentially when you first get it, I’d really recommend that you read through it. Get to know the guide a little better like I did. After all, if you’re seriously considering getting results, the least you can do is make sure you know what you’re doing. The guide does a pretty good job at that by breaking it down into 3 parts. First and foremost the workout manual which would be the most in-depth part of the guide. You’ll also get a training log that helps you plan your work outs and to a certain extent, make sure you’re doing them right. Last but not least, you have the hybrid diet guide that consists of several types of meal plans with a rotation diet based heavily on rotating nutritional intake.
Lean Hybrid Muscle Training Manual
First and foremost, it is a manual. You’ll literally be getting the full spectrum of information that you require. What I found most interesting about this manual is that it tells you exactly what you need to do. Period. If you follow them like I did, one of the things you’ll notice is this surreal but evident gain in strength, and in the weeks to come, a more sculpted and lean you. Of course I’d be crazy to suggest you’d be ripe in weeks. But if there’s one thing that motivates me is that I can see the progress. After all, you can only feel so much before you wonder when it’s actually going to start showing. If seeing is believing, then this manual will get you believing in your own hard work and persistence.
Lean Hybrid Muscle Training Logs
Essentially what you want to do aside from follow the workout plans that come with the logs is study the work out that you intend to do for the coming week. I was given all the resources (which includes videos on the site) that properly show you how to do some of these workouts with or without equipment. So it was only a matter of observing how to do it, giving it a few go’s myself and just dragging my butt to the gym or the little workout room I have for myself and getting to it. Seeing that I’m a little on the plus side, I opted to put more emphasis on fat burning and that’s perfectly fine. At the end of the day, you can tweak how much you put into different forms of exercises to see the different results i.e. losing weight / fat or building muscles faster.

What’s a workout without a proper diet these days. Essentially, the guide will ingrain one of the common truths when it comes to body building or muscle building per say, that “we are what we eat”. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t just an ordinary run of the mill diet either. This is a diet that is made with a proper understanding of the human metabolism and how to use it to your advantage. Of course it meant I had to do a little more cooking than I’d like but hey, if it’d get me looking lean, I’m game. I personally find the diet appealing and interesting to say the least, easy enough to follow for the duration of the program.
Well, I hope you found my review useful. There are a few other things like additional information and community budding that I’ve left out but I figured these are better experienced instead of briefly rehashed for the sake of a review.
