would it be ok to do more excercises on chest after doing the wave loading or would the flat bench for 3 waves be fine on its own as a whole workout,thanks

this program is actually very effective. It brought my bench press up 20 pounds. i never thought i would be able to do this much because i just couldnt bring up my bench for the longest time.

Great information once again. You have been a huge inspiration for me. I was always called skinny and stick man growing up, but ever since I have put some of the tools into practice that you have shared I dont get that anymore. Its more often than not that I walk past people from those skinny days and they just walk right past me because they dont recognize me with 30 plus lbs of muscle on. Thanks for all of your hard work and information.

Personally I did them at home a few times and focused on strengthening my lagging muscles (traps + rhomboids). At 8:55-9:45 he gives some info on doing them pre-workout.
By the way, you don’t have to tell people English isn’t your first language, it seems ok (great by youtube standards).

Hey man, I saw the video…I got a question. Should I do those excercises when I am at the gym? I mean like a warm up? Or can I do them just now, like some kind of rehab?? Im not training because of the pain… (english is not my first language)
