Brandon I just wanted to ask you that sometimes when I workout too hard I get soo sore to a point where I can barely move my body part (arms, legs) should I work out when my body feels sore ??? I also wanted ask a video on effective stretching would be great.

Brandon, what’s one way I can motivate myself? I’ve tried to tell myself that the bigger I get the easier it will be to get girls/kick other peoples’ asses but I can’t seem to go to the gym. I always make up excuses for myself like “I don’t have a ride” but I know it’s all BS and i can do these home workouts you post. This doesn’t just go for working out though, it’s for schoolwork also. Do you know any good ways for me to motivate myself?

no, shakes are not “Necessary”, is just easier (and cheaper) to drink a shakes than it is to eat 3-4 stakes a day. what necessary is that you get the protein

I grew up with Greg’s little bro’s. I’ve been to tunz of Greg’s shows, and I must say Muscle Hawk is by far the best ventrue he has taken on. The hard beats and electro sound hits me as a totaly fresh type of music. I love to go out and dance at his shows! He has always had the head bang dance move, which is Greg’s signiture move.
