Well not every one who works out has to have big muscles. Such as runners who is recommended not to have such heavy muscles. Bikers are another type, and even Martial Artist, with exception to some styles.
well im 20 years old and this pain started off when i started lifting 25kgs with my forearms. Was a muscle pain…. and woah, gym at 14 years !!? nothing to boast about dude !! know what, this is an age when your bones are developing. You gotta go easy on the weights like REAL easy. You might end up with bent or slightly deformed bones, which might affect ur height too. im a medical student, so thought should let you know. dude wait until you’re like 18 or something.
