Dude you inspired me to keep up my exercise. Cuase usually when I do exercise my stomach has this stinging sensation, then more later on I don’t feel it no more. But I can do this now cause I watching instead of reading a article about abs. I’m a visual learner.

make sure you squeeze in your abs when doing dips and other exercises besides the abs to strengthen it.
