Drew gains 70lbs and loses it on purpose

Houston, TX (PRWEB) June 06, 2012

Drew Manning, author of Fit2Fat2Fit and fitness trainer, gained 70 pounds on purpose in 6 months. A fitness addict, he stopped working out and started eating junk food so he could understand what its like for his clients that are attempting to get into shape. On June 4th, 6 months after gaining the 70 pounds and one year after starting the experiment, Manning revealed that he lost all the weight on Good Morning America but not without a struggle and learning a lot of lessons along the way.

As seen on abcnews.com Manning gained 23.5 pounds in the first 4 weeks. As the weeks went on his confidence and his health took a downturn. His glucose level and blood pressure all went up and he began to get tired easily.

Manning’s wife, Lynn, was prepared to see the physical changes in her husband, but didn’t expect the emotional and personality changes that came with the weight gain. “His self-confidence, that completely went away and depleted,” she said, explaining that he was “becoming lethargic, lazy, not helping around the house.”

Stan Stevenson of http://QuickMuscleBuildingTips.com has his opinions about Drew’s exeperiment. “I think the lessons that Drew learned from going through his journey are a great learning experience and inspirational for us all. For those that are overweight, have a good game plan of how to tackle their struggles, whereas for those guys that want to gain weight, know that its possible. Obviously, not to the same extremes Drew went to but there are lessons to be had.”

Stevenson has put together more information on his website about lessons he learned and suggestions regarding Manning’s quick body transformations. To get access to his post one can go to http://quickmusclebuildingtips.com/fitness-trainer-gains-and-loses-70-pounds-how-to-do-it-right
