We did not want any sugar in our formula, and after several tries with different all natural sweeteners we settled on STEVIA. The ice cream not only tastes great, it is made from all natural ingredients, each serving contains 10 grams of Whey Protein Isolate and 3 grams of L-Glutamine, both are Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) known to help in muscle development and strengthening as well as weight control.
