I know guys that can probably lift Brian Carter together with his weight lifting equipment, and do a few squats. However they don’t look muscular at all. They never work out. They are just naturally strong and nicely filled.

im just using weights and just pulled my pull-up bar out of the wall so ill have to buy another one lol and i do every evening about 300 push-ups (only doing it for about 3 weeks) cus i dont have time anymore to go to the fitness cus of college 🙁

For bicep curls I find a shorter resistance band(s) used with the lifeline usa triple handgrips to provide more resistance all of the way through the motion. Notice how you loose tension with longer bands towards the end of the bicep curl.
