Yeah, doing 3 sets of 8-10 reps is fine. This is a good compound tricep exercise that you can do in place of french press.

WOW…You got some Crazy Lats, lee.

Is the usual 3 sets for 8 to 10 reps okay for this exercise and can I replace it in place of French press (lying extensions) on the day I train my arms?

    Thankyou.

You can use both, this is a tricep exercise that’s best done with an arm workout. The incline bench press is a chest exercise that’s best done with a chest workout.

lee question. i have just got into weight lifting and i am exploreing different things. so my question is can i use the exercise for my incline bench press also or would you still suggest to do a regular press.

  11. HATEHACKERZZ says:

Lee thats a great vid but the flat bench I think has more effect because you blood flow is more flat and have you ever tried that with your elbows more need

hmm i see how this works. Baiscally the bit where it goes behind his head then comes back to the starting position of the push, is basically a pull over which works the lats, then when he pushes it its basically a tucked in close grip bench press which targets the tris and chest

i feel like i have small size uper body and arms i dont mean in muscle or body fat i mean in length or arms and wide of upper body, will my upper body become bigger and longer after fully bodybuilding?

  23. crazymallu says:

its better, if u do back and biceps one day, chest and triceps the next day. shoulders and abs some other day, legs another day

but if u hav time, this is wat i do
    Day one- arms(biceps, triceps, forearms
    two- legs
    three- shoulders and abs
    four- back
    five- chest and abs

u will have two rest days, so put them in whenever u like it
    hope this helps 🙂

  24. MTW197 says:

Is it okay to workout different parts of you’re upper body everyday? like chest and biceps one day, then the next day triceps and shoulders? any feedback is appreciated!
