How to Hit 7% Body Fat

    Hard to understand his speech in the first few minutes. Really didn’t provide much useful info. We need to hear from someone that actually was able to go from 21% BF down to 10%, and detail how he accomplished this feat. 7% is stupid useless you are doing body building, rather have a fitness goal than a BF goal.

    @RedRebel8 It can but the thing with 21ยดs on the biceps is the 1st 7 reps work the bottom half of the bicep then the next 7 work the top then the next 7 work the whole muscle so you would have to try and do it in a similar way..

    @ben1996ful Hi, this is Richie from fitness1ststeps…you should not have a pain in your wrist..maybe you need to strengthen the wrist by lowering the weight and doing more reps…sometimes if you are struggling with the weight then the weakest part of the arm will suffer which is the wrist…if you want to lift heavy weights then maybe strap the wrists up with boxers bandages to support them..hope this helps

    @craigkilledyou if you do the first bit of this exercise(just the lower curl) with a bulking weight train then that should work your forearm…

    for 21’s? yes but I would only do 1 arm at a time…it will be better for the balance…let me know how you get on..
