Muscle Building and Fat Burning Leg and Arm Workout

This video was shot while in San Diego at Fit Gym, 26 days before our wedding. Flavia and I go through an entire Chest/Back/Arm workout using super sets. It’s about a 75-minute weight training workout and includes very little rest periods and a high metabolic demand meaning you’ll burn a lot of calories during and after the workout. These style of workouts combined with a high protein, low carb diet will get you shredded very fast. Enjoy the workout. hey vince ive got a serious question
im 17, and i lost some weight but i kinda got a fold of skin on the bottom of my belly
its not big or anything but i am about 17% body fat
i was wondering, from eating strict and doing HIIT cardio
will i still be able to get rid of that fat?
or will this always be there since it is extended skin you could say?
ive got abs i know that, they are slighty visible

    please help anyone!!!

Hey Vince, I’ve got a question that have been bothering me for a while…I got a nice 6 pack, they are not extremely ripped, but they are ok. And I’ve always trained them with weights, for example, weighted crunches, weighted leg raises, etc…and I see bodybuilders and cover models working out and they only use body weight, and they got better abs than I got…so, what do you think about adding weight in the abs workout? Do you think it’s effective or only the body weight is enough? Thanks!

Sigh… what the hell is special with this idiot?! Lets be honest here: He is weak and his workout set will mostly just get his body tired. This is FITNESS, all they care about is being in shape. P.T. Barnum who coined the phrase”There’s a sucker born every minute”would be very proud of Vince DelMonte who is the modern day equivalent of the 20th century snake-oil salesman.41 pounds of solid-steel muscle in 24 weeks! And I did it while spending only 3 hours in the gym each week.what a crock of BS!Its just not possible to put on muscle that fast without steroids and its completely irresponsible to suggest it! If someone exaggerates/lies in their ads how can you beleif anything in the book?

does this workouts and others stuf to know about bodybuilding (dieting, supplements) all shown in the ebook no-nonsense musclebuilding?

  17. neometalx9 says:

You Americans got way better machinery in your gyms than we have in Britain…

  20. virajmperera says:

Do high intensity cardio work before and after weight training…if your caloric intake is sufficient, your body will not burn your muscles for energy….it will always burn fat for energy at first and then (if your diet isn’t sufficient) will move on to burn muscle.
