    Both had great routines. B is real strong i will have to try out that routine, and rick’s routine was unique muscle ups jumpover/push ups both take super endurance plus being in the heat is extra bonus to make the dedicated stronger mentally/physically.Great video.

    @HardTimesHardBodies funny youd say that cause i just broke it yesterday it use to be 1.53 and i did that for the qaulifires for the nationals and i broke it yesterday and got 1.56 not much differance but i hadent got 1.50 in like 3 months so i was really happy oh and btw im 13 🙂

    i do that at the athletics clup i go to ( i compeat in the nationals for high jump ) they are very good training execises
