I disagree with the assertion that 6 rep sets won’t put enough strain on the muscle to induce growth. You may be decreasing the time but you are increasing the tension. I also don’t get the point of the pullovers with the deadlifts.

hey u should increase 5% of the last weight? so if i curl 50 pounds on bicep curl next week should be 2.5 pounds? but this weight is going to increse a lot over the next weeks that’s not clear :S

Like all vinny’s videos. Love seeing progress. I usta use P90X but kinda stop using it because I was getting lean but not puttin on that muscle that I wanted. So I switched over to vastmuscle (.com) and saw the results I was looking for. Keep it up
