@xfranchawax I am sure if that dude was taking steroids or not taking steroids he would probably still look better than most people. Steroids is not always a shortcut. You still have to bust youre ass in the gym. You still have to plan youre meals and eat perfect so don’t knock the dude you think takes steroids! Knock the fat butts that visit fast food chains 5 or more times a week! This guy is not weak! Mental and physical toughness!

My buddy follows alot of food programs but I just eat and still get good results, buiscuts and gravy is my weakness lol.
