    @Judicial78 I didn’t say I DO that, I just know that it does from common sense. When you do lighter weight higher reps, you tend to do the reps faster than heavier weight, thus increasing your heart rate. No doubt actual cardio is better, but I think people do cardio in addition to the aforementioned strategy in order to cut. It’s just insight man.

    I know that low weight high reps can help you CUT because that gets your heart rate going REAL fucking well. I think that’s where the theory that low weight high reps is how you get lookin’ ripped.

    @AdR1aN43 to compare what they look like in the best shape ever and what there everyday majority of the time bodies look like. The bodies they showed in there transformation video looked good, but it’s not a all year thing so it doesnt really count as what they actually look like
