@KingSizedDeath think this way, eat what you need, so no more than you need (and healthy stuff) train one day and rest the other day. Do weigth or resistance training and cardio training. AND have a hell of a lot of patience. Muscles don’t grow in a day. Do not use any of those muscle growth products cause natural muscles are way healthier and stronger.

@tphan819
I have also ordered some 35KG dumbells recently, should do for now but I also use heavy resistance bands, chest expander, akro wheels, power wheel etc. Also don’t forget squats with weights or bands too. Many suggest that training the legs and doing squats stimulates growth and it also indirectly works the chest, arms, back etc. It is also safer to do free weights on the floor rather than a bench if you are at home in many peoples opinions. I also do pressups with the vest.

@voianhemsed Thanks for the help, since watching this video, I have gotten myself free weights and a bench. But push ups are still very important in my routine.

Since the poster of this video gained the vast majority of his mass by using weights, you can’t really look at this the same way. Only if the mass had been built from doing this without weights could you truly gauge its effectiveness. I found muscle gained from doing weights was still there after not training for several years, just with a little less definition. Due to this, I am not sure the progressive overload is enough using this routine.

@tphan819
You can add resistance bands or use a weighted vest with pushups if you hit that level. Also check out the lifeline usa power pushup 3. I bet you wouldn’t easily hit a plateau with that monster!

@SuperRandomation when i was young my uncle showed me a trick and he was built. tense all your muscles in your arms and shoulders as hard as you can with fists in front of your abs..that classic body builder pose and with tensile strength bring your fists to meet in the middle. hope that helps some 🙂

First, you’re awesome! I just have a little question. I’m in vacation now so I pretty much have nothing to do and don’t do any other physical activity apart from my workouts. So I was wondering if i could do this twice a week. For instance every Mondays and Fridays. Do you think the time of recuperation will be enough? Do you think I’ll still have good results?

@tphan819 if you do eventually hit that plateau point all u have to do is do more reps in your sets cus Ur muscles can’t go forever no-matter what the weight

Hey, I was wondering if I followed this workout for a long time, would I eventually hit the “Plateau point” where I would need to switch to weights training? The plateau point being where my body is used to the weight and the push ups no longer have any affect on me getting stronger or bigger.

@FernandoTorres4Lyf For your legs try bicycle. When i started bicycling my legs were so weak and skinny and now they are trained and strong! But you have to ride your bicycle very often to train your legs. I ride my bike four times a weak.
