@mrOosamoO if you extend your arm straight, then your elbows lock up and it’s harder to curl them again, and if you keep your hands extended, then they get tired and pulled

y does some people say when i play any workout if its for biceps or triceps my hand should never be bent more than 100% or straightned down more than 80 % and he here do it to the end!!!

“To failure” and you got big biceps like yours? hard to believe… I thought bigger muscle was gained for working with LOW repetitions and high weight. Am I correct to think that with high repetitions you get endurance but not big biceps like yours?
