Eating heaps of chocolate, ice creams or any fatty take away in general doesnt effect you muscle building it actually gives you more energy and feed the muscles more. But it doesnt add fat which is bad if you trying to get ripped

The video is great and the exercise is cool and balanced for beginners like me. I do know a link of a site that offers free workout plans and exercises that you could use in order to gain lean muscles and develop a lean muscular look that of most guys wanted. @IrishRhavin yeah they both do but i dont mean that i mean the way he explains things on his videos this dude is awesome at that scott herman just wants to flex and wants you to pay for his works out and just shows you how he works out dosent really explain why hes doing a specific thing

question to any one who can answer!!!!
i just started a new job in a restaurant i and its bcoming really hard to eat healthy like i use to and only get a 30 min brake so its hard to go out and buy baked chicken and stuff .. but i eat whatever they have there like fried shrim chicked pizza stuff like that .. my question is if i stay under my caloric requirment eatin not necesaraly unhealthy but not good either will i gain weight ???
