Yo bro im 14 i do lifting every day for 30mins would it be cool if i split it up, for example if i do lifting Monday then your activity Tuesday…. lifting Wednesday,,, yours Thursday.. and finally Lifting friday because i dont do anything but cardio during the week because of sports.. I do pretty well on my eatting i drink a thing of muscle milk a day 20G of protein and yeah i stay away from MCds 😛 so any suggstions leave a comment peace.

@BrandonLocs eventually the fat around you’re stomach will start to burn, that’s if you do this routine or work out around you’re belly at least 4 times a week, for 20 minutes a day, at least.
Also helps any muscle around the stomach if you try keep below 3,000 calories a day and avoid fatty foods, which isnt that hard.
