  4. weedpussymoney321 says:

i got half way thru 3.54 one n my dog started licking my face n wouldnt go away so i quit lol

  5. nightfire007jb says:

@gauravgijoe If you don’t have medecine ball, you can also use a plate (like the saxon bend exercice), a dumbell, cable or resistance band variants. Your muscle don’t care if you are using a dumbell or a brand new medecine ball, all it need is a resistance and a good form.

  6. cheapalien says:

how much weight did you use for saxon bend? and how long do you rest?

  7. kingoftroy05 says:

hes doing it too fast..try slower so they can contract and release in a longer time frame!!

  8. jordon1234576 says:

i’m going to be strong as a bear? πŸ˜€

  9. gauravgijoe says:

can we use a dumbell instead of medicinal ball??

  10. BigRignshit says:

He is not out of breath. It is a technique used to exert more energy, just like moaning in tennis.

  11. Samnuie says:

@agentpaperman because hes warmed up propperly for each exersize.

  12. Zhardi87 says:

How many sets and reps should I do for the wood choppers and the plank and side planks?

  13. oopalonga says:

@dantra007 No. You breathe out to stabilize your core muscles while lifting so as to protect your spine, and to make sure you’re not holding your breath.

  14. Fhenry says:

    nice

  15. dantra007 says:

@agentpaperman It’s called proper workout management. Breathing out is a technique to loosen you muscles and make them more relaxed. Also you keep your strength longer and can do more reps.

  16. dinosaursuspenders1 says:

lol a really light 8lb ball starts doing the wood chopper halfway through hes thinking in his mind ….holy shit this is really heavy…. but good job thanks πŸ˜€

  17. ChristianFenn1 says:

@epinator its like if you bench press 200 pounds, at the start, you will feel it and your arms will be quite tired and will grow but after a few weeks you get used to it, and although you will still improve on your arms if you do higher reps, results wont be as fast. aswell as the fact the the core is multiple muscles, and situps dont target them all.

  18. crucifytheinnocent1 says:

@epinator All these different exercises focus on all the different muscles within your core. Plus when you do situps everyday your body gets used to it and is less affected by it. By switching it up and using different exercises your body doesn’t have time to adapt and is constantly working.

  19. xXxENTExXx says:

that looks totally… fucked up, imagine ur doing this with a stupid ball… and maybe ur girlfriend comes in and is like… “what the shit are u doin there whut?! ._.??”

  20. unknown9634 says:

I’m not a professional, but I believe your not suppose to hold your breathe while doing exercises or pause, your suppose to breathe in your nose and out through your mouth and use your stomach while doing it instead of your chest.

  21. EyeonuMusic says:

“Stuff thats gonna’ make you as strong as a bear.”

  22. epinator says:

Instead of doing all this, why can’t I just do 100 slow-motion situps everyday? Anyone who knows anything : feel free to let me know.

  23. bettyspinks says:

another good tip: don’t make faces while you work out. scrunching up your face, day after day, for years, during your workouts, before you know it, you got “ball face”, and there you are, all cut up, with your six pack abs, but your face looks like your balls.

  24. soulmambo says:

Eating less gives the six definition.

  25. shivrajvishnu says:

    good one

  32. wanttobehacker says:

And by the way, I’m pretty thin I have only some fat on my stomach, if I lose that fat, make muscles for most part of my bodies I will get thicker right ?

  33. wanttobehacker says:

@moricestreet909 I’m pretty young, not over 15 and I’ve heard that it is not good to do workouts yet.. But I still wanna do them, so my question is if this is okay for me to do πŸ™‚ Thanks

  43. TheSumitKataria says:

@akarshanmall u should probably do cardio workout to lose fat
and abs exercises to strengthen abdominal..

  44. MyananPow says:

@TheSumitKataria I stopped trying to do them, but your advice helped! I feel it more in my abs now, thanks πŸ™‚

  45. TheSumitKataria says:

@MyananPow if you are feeling some pain in your back
u should ,probably, change pressure from ur back to legs, which will remove ur back pain and increase ur abdominal pain. In other words, burn abs..;)

  46. akarshanmall says:
