Many people do exercises completely wrong in the gym. They try to get the “weight up” at all costs, sacrificing their muscle gains to do so. When you enter the gym, you want to achieve what’s called the muscle pump. To do this, you need to actually work the muscle you intend on building. Holla! Have you heard about – fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy got amazing 6 pack abs and lost a ton of weight with it.
