P90X Bicep Workout Results|Building Stronger Biceps

This post originally documented my biceps workout and muscle-building progress while using P90X. The goal was to track my results and encourage others to stay consistent with their workouts and work toward building stronger biceps and overall muscle.

Building Stronger Biceps

Building your biceps takes more than simply doing more curls. A consistent workout routine, gradual progression, adequate recovery, and sufficient protein and overall nutrition all play a role in supporting muscle growth.
