    @LUCAS300L yeah dude drop your training days down to 3 a week and try to eat more every day. i was overtrainning too, working out 5 to 6 days a weeks. youll get better results if you let your body get the rest to rebuild the muscle.

    @OmarIsuf I don’t drink milk mainly because my stomach gets upset whenever I drink them. So you’re saying I should continue with the whey protein? I want to put size on every other muscle groups, less on the abs.

    I’ve been having hard time gaining weight also. But now, I came from 115 to 140 in 2 years. But really, I began to see the results of gaining weight which I started to take whey protein for the past 3 months gained 12 lbs and some muscles too. However, I see my belly gets fat right after the shake(with soy milk)whenever I hit the gym, less fat(or I would say no fat) on the arms, chest, and thighs, is it just genetic make up? any tips?

    @Dpeyton517 takes awhile to figure your routine out but after awhile I got a 5 day routine figured out once you get to that point u will see crazy results
