most of what this guy eats is fairly consistent with multiple other online sources i’ve looked at. however, a lot of the brands this guy eats are shit. uncle ben’s? really? probably one of the worst brands of rice to buy. better to buy in the bulk bin section at a whole foods or other grocer. food is cheaper and higher quality. on the other hand, the Barleans brand oil is a VERY good brand of oil. i suggest eating a lot of what this guys eats, just buy the brands that are a higher quality

Doesn’t matter really for a beginner, but what way you decide, try to keep doing it that way so you can see what progress your making. Once you no longer a beginner and can easily do 30 pull ups in a row without stopping, you should then experiment with making it harder by pausing at top or doing one arm chins.
