The man with the blue tank top and the man with the black shirt should do it only with their biceps, they swing the bar with their body to the top, this is not very effective :S Its just an advice 🙂

Nice video, but the guy in the grey needs to lift with proper technique instead of bringing his elbows past his sides when lifting and he’ll definitely feel it 10x more
