    I’m proud to say I’m a girl and this so-called “hardcore” workout is part of my DAILY workout 🙂 I do this video: 2 5 mins ab videos (training with tammy), jog 5 mins, do 60 situps, and 5- 30 second leglifts, and trust me, it WORKS 🙂 I am in great shape 🙂

    if you have neck pain, you’re using your neck too much. you need to lift you torso with your abs and nothing else. you should be able to feel a difference in using your whole torso, including neck, and using only your abs, most noticeably an increase in difficulty
