The exercises will still work your overall arm including forearms, but the majority of the stress will be placed n the biceps. Most people struggle to make gains in this area because of many reasons. One reason is people go too heavy when lifting which doesn’t place the stress on the biceps as much. Using momentum to swing the weight up does not do anything for building bigger biceps. In order to build the biceps, you need to be including a combination of the right exercises as well as different training styles This video demonstrates how to utilize dropset training using the Cable Bicep Curls. Setup on a cable machine with a straight bar. Start your first set with a weight that will allow you to fail within 8-10 reps. Then change the pin on the machine, and pick another lighter weight (about 1 less weight) and perform another 8-10 reps. Then once you can’t do anymore with that weight, pickup another set (1/3 less weight) and do your final set to failure. It might take some experimenting to see which weights to use in this upper chest dropset. There is no rest between dropsets. Only rest at the end of the dropset for about 1-2 minutes. Best Inner Chest Exercises www.BustYourPlateau.com In this particular video I will demonstrate how to perform some particular exercises that promote inner chest development. The inner chest is a hard muscle group to focus in on. However, if you pick the right inner chest exercises, you will start to see a dramatic improvement in very little time. One of the reasons why the inner chest is such a hard muscle group to develop is because people are not performing that proper exercise is to work that inner crevice of the chest. I’d do not recommend always perform and these specialization exercises but every so often if you can include these exercises in your workout it will go a long way and developing a fuller overall chest. Always start your chest workout with some compound movements such as a barbell bench press, dumbbell flat press and be sure to include a wide variety of free weight movements such as the dumbbell fly. When you want to specialize on the inner chest I would highly recommend including the following supersets that you see demonstrated within this video. These particular supersets are what are known as pre exhaust supersetting. Pre exhaust supersetting involves performing one at isolated exercise followed by in other exercise working the same muscle group and it is usually a compound movement. Superset 1 The first two super set consists of the dumbbell chest to fly supersetting with the flat barbell bench press. Perform roughly 8 to 10 reps on the first

  3. @DamsterProd i would do 3 supersets…2 compound of 3 supersets (2 exercises back-back) then 1 isolation superset of 3 supersets.

  4. so how many supersets (2 exercises fast after each other 3 series) should i do per training? 3 ? You show only 4 exercises …

  5. You probably can’t do this in a gym, if there are many people using the machines. You might have to wait your turn etc. LOL

  6. plus, you guys can check out my channel teenfitness2013 for a straightforward, easy way to build up your chest, it’s simple, and you dont need a whole gym in your basement to do it.

  7. @JoeyVaillancourt Do you have to be an experienced lifter to do pre exhaust training? i was researching on it, and i read that only advanced lifters can use it. I’m more of a beginner i think, but can i still do it?
