Bulking Up and Gaining Muscle

www.scoobysworkshop.com There are thousands of products, newsletters, and books out there that promise to show you the secret of how to “gain muscle fast” and they ALL want your money but I’ll give you the secret for free – lift weights and eat right! Gaining mass, is really simple but it takes a LOT of work. Later I will tell you about how to eat right and lifting weights but first, lets talk about expectations. So remember that to gain muscle requires TWO things. One, you have to lift weights consistently, with intensity and focus. Two, you have to eat 6 small meals each with a good dose of protein.Nutrition is key to being able to add muscle! I cover nutrition on my website, if thats not detailed enough for you I have reviewed and recommended some excellent books scoobysworkshop.com copyright 2006-2009 scoobysworkshop.com LLC

Hey bismochua, its actually quite common to have one pec larger or shaped differently than the other. Unless your doctor says its a medical issue (cant imagine it would be), I would forget about it and just work your whole chest hard. After a decade of hard lifting, your entire chest will be so big that that the differences between the pecs will not be as noticeable.

  18. bismochua says:

excuse me sir, my chest isnt equally the same. my right is bigger than the left. what shud i do about this? thank you so much scooby in advance!

My metabolism is so freakin fast I can live off of Mcdonalds and not gain more than 1 pound, I’m a freak. Probly because I have alot of muscle on me and I’m still young, the more muscle you have, the more calories you can burn.

  24. RJORRIS says:

You definetly know your shit man…I’ll hand it to ya. But I am about to turn 20 yrs old and I have no doubt that once I get into the gym for a year that I will gain 15 lbs of muscle at the very least and I’ll bet all my money on that, because starting out it is easy to pack on muscle…but when you get to the point where all your muscles are filled and your bigger then it gets harder to gain more muscle, but I’v been gaining 5 solid lbs a year and that is without even hitting the gym yet!

  25. Sir0wnzAl0t says:

be sure to look up HIT and Max-OT type of training styles if ur a hard-gainer.
