you may have eaten 120g worth of protein in one meal, but the small intestine can only absorb about 60g of protein at once, the rest gets shitted out. its never a good idea to try to take more than that in one sitting because you’ll just end up wasting food/protein since it can’t be absorbed. instead of 120g in one meal, try splitting the protein intake from that 1 meal to 2 meals to be more effective.

hey man, just incase you may not have knowwn. the body can only absorb about 60g of protein in one sitting. So it wouldn’t be wise to take too many scoops because eventually all that extra protein would be wasted. The rule of thumb is usually 1-2 scoops
