I heard of an internet utube user called something like sixpackshortcuts, saying that there is a thing called “Afterburn effect” that fools the body into burning huge amounts of energy even after exercise, which burns fat easier. How dependable is that?

But scooby, I’ve always heard that you need a caloric surplus to put on muscle???

Please answer this scooby
If I choose gaining muscle, reduce fat in your calorie calculator are the 10% minus of the TDEE already calculated ? And should the cardio be exhausting?

@fnoperi Well you don’t need to gain muscle AND burn fat then, you just need to gain muscle. I’m 16, 5’6″ and 132 lbs, which is similar to you except shorter… but even I am focusing on solely gaining muscle; I don’t have much fat to lose.. and even if I gain fat while gaining muscle, I can easily lose it later.

@scooby1961
Hey, I wanna gain muscle and lose fat. So from a research I found out that if I just take in protein throughout the day I can make my body use my belly fat and burn it off. Is this true?
-Thank you so much for your videos.

what about fasting and hiit?
fasting increases your hgh, other fat burning hormones, it increases free fatty acids, only for about if it is 8 hours fast. and consume BCAA before and after the HIIT
and HIIT will cause to release fatty acids and after HIIT do a consistant cardio to burn off those FFA to prevent them going into your fat cells.
please reply

This guy’s an idiot. If you want to loose weight and have muscles you’re supposed to loose the fat and then take protein to build back up your muscle. Other wise I presume you would get muscle and fat mixed and look like this guy.
