  1. I’m not lifting weights to get huge, I’m just lifting to be in great shape. I have always had a nice figure ever sence I was a kid but now that I know how to lift the weights correctly, I am actually putting on fresh muscle mass. Thx VINCE, Control, Stetch, Power really gets the job done..

  2. I have imbalances in strength and size, my left arm and leg are a bit weaker and a bit smaller than my right side. Is it possible to get a little bit more explanation on how to balance them. I’ve been told not to to workout just my left side or my left side more then the right, but rather to only do as many reps with my strong side as I do with the weak side. But i’ve been trying this and it hasn’t worked much. Lastly I want to Thank You for the videos and tips, they’re changing my life!

  3. Yep! I thought it was for men only but
it works with girls also.. My body has really
have a great transformation now. I just
followed the program offered by the site
    MusclesMaximizer [d0t] info
and in just a few weeks, muscles starting
to appear now.:)) Great isnt it?

  4. Hey Vince

I was wondering, since working out Back also train bicep and Chest Triceps is it good for me to do Back, Tricep on one day and Chest Bicep in the other to keep more energy for each of muscle since they are not really related ! ?

    Thank you 🙂

  5. Hey vince…thanks for helping me out with something that is very hard for me to do, and that is to gain weight. I bought your program when i was 5’10 and 124 pounds. I’m still 5’10 but now i weigh 157, you helped me transform my life and again…thank you

  6. “Bodybuilders are generally not a good example of how to work out.” Are you serious? Lmfao, internet.

  7. so you base how big a guy is by how big his arms are LOL typical NOOB. The guy could have 15″ arms but also have a back as thick as a barnyard door, and shoulders which are 55″ wide, he will look pretty motherFU**in big, doesnt all depend on arms, you ego lifting noob

  8. well you dont eat tons of food, you eat sufficient food which is different. extra calories will cause you to get fat.

  9. Vince I love the video keep doing them you are a great motivator thanks again for putting this stuff on here so we can watch it. God bless you and your wife.

  10. no…i know a kid who can deadlift 700 lbs and his arms are 15′
meanwhile i see huge people in the gym who can only bench around 225 for reps

  11. Thanks vince, I also respect what your saying aswell as when I get alot more advanced I will need to be switching it up in different ways like you show in these videos to continue to progress.

  12. I believe it! Last week I started trying out 2 full body workouts twice a day, 3 times a week. Hitting type 1 muscle fibers early on then type 2 in the evening with compound movements. I went from 178Lbs to 195lbs in one week and I don’t feel like my central nervous system is zapped ether. Keep on setting the bar higher Vince!

  13. Yes, OFTEN TIMES, size follows strength, but NOT always. Depends on your bodie’s fiber make up… training age… hormonal status… nutritional status… many factors will determine what you experience from the training. Good job on your gains bud 🙂
