Now I caution you that this is for the really skinny guy looking to really gain weight because they barely have any meat on their bones. I know what it is like when you feel like you eat all the time and have nothing to show for it. I have been there. I also understand the feelings that you feel when people start to resent you because you can eat whatever you want and not ever gain a pound. They don’t realize that to skinny guys, this is a curse more than it is a blessing at times. However, I also despise people saying that they have ‘tried everything but nothing works’. This is the biggest lie that you need to stop telling yourself. You may have tried a couple of things but trust me, you just haven’t tried the right things yet. Here are 9 tips that will help you to start to gain weigh in no time at all. These are tips I have personally used and I guarantee they will work for you. 1. @TazRulesNY IM not sure if all that protein they try to push is just a way to make money, but I do know that not much protein is needed like they say or as much. I used to be vegetarian and bodybuild and saw better results ever than before

  2. whats the difference between lifting a different body part on each day of the week and lifting the same group of muscles 3 times a week?? isnt once a week not enough??

  3. @Boner4Hardstyle ……………..chicken……ALOT of chicken, but don’t overdo it though. During the week, you can switch it up. Eat Chicken one day, Turkey another day, Steak another day then Fish another day. Those are GREAT sources of protein. Add some apples and cucumbers, etc. and your all set. Also make sure that you don’t put any junk sauce on your protein or it all would’ve been for nothing. 🙂

  4. @XxJeWaNxX4 Guy if you dont know exercises already your retarted. Go to a gym you’ll figure it out im sure.
Its all about diet when it comes to showing muscle hes just giving tips so you dont wate your time in the gym. oh go back to school for grammer you little prick.

  5. i heard it is only possible to digest about 30 grams of protein in one go ,most shakes are usually about this so three a day leaves another 180 grams for me . i try to make this up with tins of tuna.nuts or chicken between my breakfast ,lunch and dinner sticking to 30 gram servings .got bad guts taking to much in one go after a couple of weeks.

  6. i do 100 situps 50 reps with my barbells and 30 pushups i have noticed a little diference in my arms and chest.

  7. Supplements such as best-muscle-builder (dot) com can really help speed up muscle mass. Best of all there’s a free trial of it at the moment!

  8. Can someone tell me where can I possibly find 300 grams of proteins per day? I want to get it from food, if its even possible?

  9. 300 grams of protein a day for a 200 pound man at 6 meals a day thats 50 grams per meal way to much protein i eat 100 grams per day and built better than most people i see

  12. I’m 26 years old and been through an emotional roller coaster for the past couple year. I work a ton but because of school loans, funding a stratup business and paying for past mistakes I have been short on money regularly. My diet hasn’t been very good , stress levels high, super active with work and I’m broke. Because of this all I am now lighter than ever and not feeling good about my weight. It would be awesome to see some good tips on bulking and nutritional meals on a small budget…

  13. carbs are pretty important brown rice, potato, oatmeal, pasta.Proteins important but gotta get your calories in i went from 170 to 195 in the past 4 month just from eating more and training 3 for days to days a week never missed a workout. Its all about sticking to it. count how much your eating. get your core strong first before you left heavy weights.
