Don’t let the TV ads convince you to buy some bulky contraption that will gather dust in your closet, crunches are safe and effective! This video clip shows how to do crunches with varying degrees of difficulty based on your ability. Remember that ab exercises alone will not give you abs! If you have the best abs in the world they will be completely invisible if you are overweight. Aerobic exercise and proper diet are even more important than ab exercises in getting that sought after 6-pack. Form is very important in crunches, many people do them incorrectly and end up working out their neck or hips more than their abs. Use slow movements and only use the abs. Concentrate on trying to raise your shoulders straight up towards the ceiling. Don’t worry about how many reps you do but focus on using perfect form. No whipping the head around or flapping your arms! This is not a sit-up either, the hips are stationary. Cool video. The exercise is good but I think its much more for advanced builder. An efficient diet would be the best partner for it. It would make you burn fats fats. I do know a link that helps you gain lean muscle and achieve the looks you ever wanted. Youtube won’t allow me to post the link but you can check it out on my profile page.

Hey scott, i know your a busy man with all your vids lol, but if you could reply to this that would be great 🙂 im 15 years old and im trying to put on mass like every ether kid, i would just like to know whats your workout routine of every day (not the exercises but what muscles group you work on) Right now on mondays i work ( Abs, Chest, Back, biceps and triceps) Tuesdays i work (core, shoulders, biceps an triceps) Wednesdays off and repeat the same for Thursday and friday and weekends off.
