@BrandonCarterTV hey man i have a question (and you’ve probably been asked this before but…) how long did it take you to get as big as you are now? ive been working out for 5 years now, im 20 5’7 and weigh 155 lbs, and ive plateaued many times. i dont take any roids, creatine, or any of that stuff (just whey and only 36 grams for 2 scoops). can you give some recommendations on what i should do? @marcosolbon Steroids are like very other drugs. If you use them moderately and wisely, you won’t notice any side effects. Most people abuse them and that’s why they get such bad publicity. Vitamin pills can be just as bad for you if you take extreme dosages.
