A set of 20 bodyweight compared to 10 dips with weight would provide different muscular stimulation and turn this basic fitness training exercise in to a  muscle building phenomenon! The same for pull ups, and leg raises too.

    Alright there! Have you heard the talk about – fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some super things about it and my m8 got detailed 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

    I liked your tip about drinking water at the end. Not many consistently hydrate during workout. This is possibly one of the best ways to keep the energy up during workout. Thanks for the tips daredevildom.
