I don’t like crunches, or sit ups. They take to long. But abb wheels work perfectly

Thank you for your video, have you heard about smart599workout, I heard so many good thinks about that workout. My friend got powerful 6 pack abs, but he refuses to tell me how he did that 🙁

  12. vestinojin says:

    Actually what means is ‘reps’?

  13. KumiOfficial says:

@SuperJanPaolo Oh, Yeah i Use 8KG For now, then later i Switch to 10KG. Thank you again mate 🙂

  14. SuperJanPaolo says:

@KumiOfficial Yeah if you need two dumbbells and your limitation is one dumbbell then take turns(example: do 5 reps one hand, do 5 reps with the other, repeat until you get to the set number(in this case, 15).

I got 2 dumbbells but there are only two 10kg plates so I can only use one to make the most of my workout so I do it with turns and all that.

Simple answer: Yes, possible. Take turns.

    And you’re most welcome.

  15. phython911 says:

how heavy are your weights ??

  16. KumiOfficial says:

@SuperJanPaolo Thanks For Answearing That Question Mate, My Mum is shorter then me and my Dad is a little tall, but yeah i’start doing workout anyway. oh and a other thing i only got 1 dumbell i can still do this right ? i take turns etc. Thank

  17. SuperJanPaolo says:

@KumiOfficial Nope. Those people that told you that are idiots. Your height is determined by your genetics therefore you will and I do mean that you will have the same height as one of your parents. I have my dad’s genes so I’m a bit tall in height.

If your parents, however, aren’t of the same height, there are chances where you can be short for the rest of your life WITH OR WITHOUT working out as you may have gotten his or her genetics.

So simple answer is: No. Very unlikely– near impossible

  18. KumiOfficial says:

@SuperJanPaolo is it true if i do this Workout i will be short for the rest of my life ?

  19. MrHabsmtl1993 says:

    @SuperJanPaolo Tanks a lot !

  20. KumiOfficial says:

i only got one dumbell btw ;/

  21. KumiOfficial says:

    1 , 8kg Dumbell enough ? r should i do it with 10kg ?

  22. Bebas8 says:

    I have a question:

At the biceps curl workout…you count 15 reps like- 1right arm, 2 left arm, 3 right arm, etc… OR you count 1 for both like: 1-1; 2-2; 3-3; 4-4, etc…?

  23. MrPerfectKidd says:

How Many Days will it take to get a 6 pack if i exercise 4 times a week?

  24. 123321hg says:
