  1. The calculator seems a bit ambitious. Apparently I can gain 16lbs/7.3kg of lean, rock hard muscle in one year? I don’t know man.

  2. @yobmas722 I think it’s something along the lines of, ‘Don’t take steroids if you don’t have to.’ Taking steroids can be dangerous, and it can have adverse effects on your body (like, if you use too much, your body can stop producing hormones. Then you will have to take steroids for the rest of your life).
If you are really considering using steroids, talk to your doctor about it, do as much research as you can. I would strongly advise against steroid use.

  3. this calculator is reaaally incomplete..i mean, i’m a girl and this makes a big difference on the quantity of muscle mass i can gain in comparison with a guy that is my age and the same height..

  4. @MTVJamezyD Im just kidding, its a bodybuilding. com joke. Its like $50 for a 2lb tub of creatine and sugar.

  5. Hi Scooby, I don’t know if you noticed but whatever settings I choose in the calculator, there is no difference in muscle gain between 3 square meals a day and strict bodybuilding nutrition… I tried with 2 different browsers.
