    what do you think about my diet
    i generally workout twice a day and split up my cardio and muscle training
    oatmeal with some strawberry jam
    ground chicken with pasta
    protein shake with banana kiwis and blueberries
    rice with some chicken and some veggies
    beans

    @thankyer i think you should only eat 1 peanut butter sandwich per day, any more than that would be to much fat.
