    Then I did the error of subscribing to the FB Chanel, and all the hate and ignorant finger pointing that is going on in that chanel is sickening.

    It’s like teenagers having a go at others for not doing the “most optimal” training.

    Now Im still watching the vids, they are awesome, but nothing more, dont want anything to do with a guy that posts comments like that.

    @Siedlerdeo I didn’t find it, but I found plenty of other random insensitive comments on his channel. I really don’t know what to say about the kid. I knew someone a bit like that, but way more athletic. He said things like that to push people’s buttons. I guess we all criticize other people’s stances when they criticize ours to justify the legitimacy of our existance. What I don’t like is he is trying to sell stuff while preaching how he does this for free, cuz he is out to help.

    If you’ve been throwing flys into your routine lately, that puts some serious strain on that area. I didn’t realize it till it was too late and iv’e totally over trained that area. I even have stretch marks to show for it, haha. Also, bringing in your grip a little on the flat bench can help out.

    Been there done that with that shoulder pain (rotator cuff pain)…You showing too much love to your ‘mirror muscles’. You need to balance your workouts of with upper back exercises… maybe a 2:1 ratio of back/chest exercises.

    you need to stretch your shit out mayne !! If you dont stretch your muscles eventually you gonna get injured. every now and then massage helps and will benefit your workouts.     I like some of the advice these guys give, but I mainly watch them because they’re funny as shit. That being said; this is the best video they’ve done in my opinion. Honest advice for someone is going to be serving our country and is really giving it his all to transform his body. Love it!     @NevaSayNoToPanda You ”split” different muscle groups in to different days. Instead of doing 4-5 muscle groups a day, several times a week with low intensity,.. you do a split where you hit a muscle group just very hard for 1 day and let it rest.

    @buddy767 I’m about 6 feet tall, lost 40 pounds in about 3 months (200 to 160) with moderate intensity work outs every other day. Just eat lots of vegetables, get your couple servings of fruits in there, and NO fast food and absolutely NO soda. Good luck my man!

    @PumpDAIron Thats a good split, but I wouldnt train back two back days twice per week. I typically do back to back days for legs (saturday) and Chest/tris (monday) every other day has a workout day and a rest day. But yeah dude, if you can handle going back to back, by all means stay with it. Your still young, so keep at it.

    @AZNOUTLAWZ918 I think it would be a good idea to only work out a muscle once a week instead of twice, also if you’re going to be working out 5 times a week do five separate workouts instead of 3 so you can give your muscles more time to heal
